"I similar that the service in addressing our Idiot box situation was addressed quickly overall it was a proficient"
Food Selection was express and thought we could stay a few hours on belongings after 11am checkout just evidently that has stopped
overall stay was good. Room was clean and Beds were comfortable and enjoyed the show

I paid for a superior room with a King size bed but got a room with a double beds when i telephone call the frontdesk they told me that i would beable to move the next twenty-four hour period just the agree truth is it was false advertsement. Very dissappointed.

Front of the house needs a scrap more preparation and/or motivation to work as customer service was extremely poor. I did non get the room I booked and I expected the unabridged trip to be terrible due to our check in feel but fortunately, the staff on property made up for everything.
The staff remembers y'all and makes certain to include yous in daily activities. They're not letting you go out without enjoying yourself. Food was nice, drinks exceptional, and there is always something to do. Honestly, nosotros did not wanna exit.

"Bully staff and swell location (probably understaffed?)"
No other manner to go around but taxi or car rental so it adds up if you want to explore other parts of the island. Staff are dandy, the entertainment was great! They're probably understaffed since when I requested things information technology takes forever to get confirmation. I had no hot water good thing I'm not as well picky about it. There'due south no soap and front desk they don't inform guests about the activities. I had to wait for my ain room which took me about twenty min.
It's vast and it has its own private embankment, they accept entertainment on site.

Very loud trip the light fantastic toe music all day..perfect if you are 20...we're 70.. Also Air-conditioning was cleaved in room and took 2 hours to set. Needed that room as information technology is accessible for my husband.
The slap-up food, plentiful drinks and the super staff..so welcoming! Snorkeling trip was bang-up fun!!

ane. Well, we had a problem with the room. The first room they assign united states was not clean. Considering of that they assgned united states a second room, which was too not make clean and had some issues in the shower ceiling. Subsequently this, they gave u.s.a. a pretty overnice room with an splendid ocean view, that blowed our minds. 2. There wasn´t plenty variety of food, just it was all right. 3. I traveled with my girlfriend, and I planned to ask her for union, So, I reserved a romantic dinner at the embankment ( supposed to exist a surprise) and when we were doing the bank check in, the guy from forepart desk-bound asked me in front of her if a wanted to pay for the romantic dinner, and he even said the price of the dinner. So, he ruined the surprise. lol
In general it is a wonderfull place, the beach is amazing, the bar in the beach has actually adept burgers. The Staff are really squeamish people, always smiling and a footling chip too relax. The puddle and the hot tub are big enough to savour

The rooms could be cleaner. I really didn't experience like they were clean.
Groovy entertainment the entire time on the resort and liked the amusement staff. The view was gorgeous from the body of water view rooms.

The room wasn't gear up when we got there. When we went the room you lot could tell housekeeping had simply finished cleaning it. We had to ask for a trash can and towels. There were several things that needed repaired and were unsafe in the room. The safety nosotros paid for did not work, and we had to ask for a refund.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

"Slap-up Facilities, Terrible Food"
The food was inedible. The resort had just reopened after COVID and then peradventure the kitchen wasnt gear up notwithstanding but the food was so bad I skipped meals. They don't really promote other places to eat so we had to find out from other guests where to go. One time we worked out where to go to get food it made the resort much more enjoyable.
Resort was really beautiful and rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful.

"Nada like I expected an all-inclusive hotel to be, just nosotros made the best of it."
The check-in process. My confirmation from Booking.com was not sufficient to satisfy the front desk, so information technology took ane-ane/2 - 2 hours to make calls, get approvals, and become a room. The food was mostly dried out, pancakes fabricated a crack sound when bent in half, non fifty-fifty warm, none of the nutrient was seasoned, at that place was no nutrition soda. I had my baby with me and didn't want to accept him outside to swallow dinner a couple nights, and then it would be dainty if they could provide accept-out containers to bring food to our room. They fabricated it seem similar it was such an inconvenience to inquire for a plate and foil. Our door had repeated problems with the door key and the door itself. I evening we left and came back to observe the door was slightly open. Some other time we had to walk downstairs twice because our keys wouldn't piece of work. Got new ones and they likewise didn't work. A guy from the forepart desk came upstairs to try to open it and couldn't, then went back downstairs and came back and did something to open the door, merely told united states not to shut information technology because nosotros would be locked out again. Asked for late check-out and they said nosotros could check out at 12 apex. Told the maid not to wake us, merely she knocked and came right into the room. Nosotros couldn't become in the room, merely she did! We told her nosotros had tardily bank check-out and she apologized. When I went to the vestibule to check out, she said she hoped nosotros slept well because she told the maids not to wake us, considering nosotros had late bank check-out. I let her know that she notwithstanding knocked before 11am and came right in while we were sleeping. So the clerk at the desk apologized. We asked if we could practise the trapeze. The lady in the shack said it wasn't available until the next day at 3pm. But the next morning at 10am, there were people out on the trapeze. Several of them in fact. So nosotros never got to try it. Wanted to invite a friend from boondocks to join us in our room for an evening, but it was non immune. Not unless they paid $65 for an evening.
The room was comfortable in size., the restaurant had skilful hours. The pizza place on the beach was pretty adept. The burgers were ok. All of the bartenders were very friendly, smiled and always greeted us. The evening entertainers/dancers were awesome! They were great with remember who we were, remembering our names, and were very outgoing.

Our room was damp when we got their and the cooling system was hard to figure out but that was because of recovery from hurricane otherwise everything was splendid! 🙏
The events and shows during the evening and all the staff were absolutely fantastic! I volition definently get back in that location with my family next fourth dimension!

Beach solicitation for sales
The excursion to snorkel with the turtles, swim with the pigs, and run into the blue hole was fantastic! Marco and Tristan were our tour guides and they were wonderful, informative, and friendly. Because they were such first-class guides, my cousin and I booked another snorkel with them! This was off an uninhabited isle and was also so much fun!
